"Laugh Die Me" Tote Bag

A limited edition of 88, each tote is constructed from 320 GSM heavyweight 100% cotton canvas and hand-sewn with blood-red thread of dread. It features the signature Eff Pan Pottery Corpse Paint Duck cup bearing the Chinese characters 笑死我 ("Laugh Die Me"), a common Cantonese expression meaning "I'm dying of laughter." Like many Cantonese idioms, its literal translation "laugh me to death" is vividly theatrical, transforming an everyday phrase into something unexpectedly macabre. A collision of Cantonese wit and black metal aesthetics, it reflects the artist's own perspective as a Singaporean Chinese of Cantonese heritage with a love for black metal aesthetics.
