Inspired by my favourite reformer Pilates instructor’s words of care, these handcrafted teacups embody the joy of release. Glazed in a crackled sandstone finish over marbled stoneware, each cup features a subtle thumb indentation for an effortless grip. The embossed phrase "No Holds. No Pulses" is a quiet tribute to those moments when the hardest work is done. Whether for post-workout relaxation or a mindful tea ritual, this cup is a reminder to breathe, reset, and savour the moment.
Each tea cup is approximately 8cm x 5.5cm and holds about 250ml of your favourite beverage. A plain version without the text or thumb indentation is also available.
